MFL League & Team Overview

• MFL will own all teams and will hire existing promoters in each market to be Team Presidents

• Five regular season home matches and Five regular season away matches, mid January thru mid September

• Championship Playoffs begin in mid September with Opening Round featuring all MFL teams

• Championship Quarterfinals and Semi Finals in October and November

• MFL Championship Finals in early December

• All MFL bouts held in 24’ ring.

• MFL will design new referee uniforms and fighter outfits

• MFL will stage a national draft that will be live-streamed. Similar to how other major sports leagues drafts are conducted

• MFL works with teams on standardization of ring, lighting, show production, show marketing, ticket sales, sponsorship sales

• MFL signs each fighter to a three-year Fighter Promotional Contract stating that the MFL can release fighter from their MFL contract if approached by another MMA or boxing organization and compensation can be worked out between MFL and other organizations

• A weekly media release with MFL team standings and MFL fighters statistical leaders is written and released each Monday during year by MFL league office. Just like the other major sports leagues

• Multi colored MFL fight gloves will be used

• Fighters names printed on their competition trunks

• MFL will pay all fighters purses, bonuses, and every team staff out of league office

• MFL sells all broadcast, live streaming, DTC, OTT, and digital rights and retains all revenue

• MFL teams will stage a fight show every three/four weeks

• MFL teams can schedule their home matches on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
